- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆After a ridiculously long wait for a fax confirmation I asked what was going on. I was told they could not give me a confirmation because someone else was waiting for an incoming fax. I had to leave for work so asked them to email me the confirmation. Then I was told that would cost me a dollar. When I said I thought that was weird, I was told I could stop by later and pick up the confirmation!!!!! Hardly convenient. Have not been back since.
